With refermer to Admiralty letter, No.M,6C(45 of the 17th nitimo, I am directed by Earl Curson of

Kedleston to transmit, for the information of the Lords

Commissioners of the Admiralty, armies of telegraa from His Majesty's Ministers at Poking and Tokio,
